Service Description

Awaken and Align your body on a deeper level with this rejuvenating yoga practice. Class will begin with a 45 minute series of yin yoga poses that are gently supported by props and held 3-5 minutes. After our yin practice we will incorporate some gentle movement followed by a pranayama practice. Class will end with a few strongly supported restorative poses to provide space for our nervous system to settle and integrate our work. The goal of this class is to activate the mind body connection, bring balance to the nervous system and open the energetic field of our body.
