Deeply Relax with Breath and Sound

This is a 1 hour session where we will practice yoga based breath techniques (pranayama), followed by a sound bath with a set of 7 crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes and more to support you in relaxation and soothe the nervous system. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion if you have one. I will have a limited number of these items available.
